• Please check your spam / bulk / junk email box. Our email may of been seen as spam.
  
• Still can find our email? No problem : you can just use the PayPal "Transaction ID#" from your most recent purchase from us as your password.

• Our file delivery system is instant, but in some cases in may take a little longer for our system to update. Please allow up to 5 minutes for our system to update our database with your order details.
